The Flowers
OMGoodness Pimento Cheese, LLC originated through the desire to raise funds for a mission trip to Mexico. Having a heart for missions, the Flowers family wanted to include their church family and friends for raising the necessary support needed for a mission trip to Mexico with their church, but without asking for donations. After numerous attempts on other ideas for raising the needed funds, a neighbor came by as Donna was making pimento cheese for a family road trip. The neighbor requested a sample and after admitting she did not like pimento cheese, but exclaimed with excitement, “OMGoodness, this stuff is awesome” she suggested Donna and her family start making and selling the pimento cheese to provide the needed funds for the trip. This was the first time Donna had ever felt she had success making pimento cheese. Ever since tasters of all ages have stated “OMGoodness this stuff is awesome!” Some have had to leave the product at a trusted friend or relatives home to prevent from consuming the product before the event or activity the product was intended for. In January, 2018, the Flowers family won 2nd place in a “Shark Tank” style competition which has enabled them to continue the dream of providing much needed funds for missions local and abroad.

Therefore, having this ministry by the mercy of God, we do not lose heart. But we have renounced disgraceful, underhanded ways. We refuse to practice cunning or to tamper with God’s word, but by the open statement of the truth we would commend ourselves to everyone’s conscience in the sight of God.
